Who sees your photographs after they have been submitted to the Site.
Our Site does not provide general public viewing of your photographs. Only you, and your community members may view your photos on the Site. When you choose to share your online images with communities, those individuals will be able to view your photos. Picateers employees or employees of contracting companies that provide services to Picateers may view your photos in the course of their work.
Promotional Use
Picateers will not use your photographs for promotional use without first obtaining your consent.
Personal Information Collected and How We Use It.
In order to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience, we collect limited personal information of several types from our customers.
Information You Provide to Us:
At your election ("opt-in"), you may register with Picateers, enter promotions or sweepstakes, order merchandise or services from the Picateers, request additional information about the Picateers or subscribe to various information services provided by Picateers.
