Cynthia Mutti
Operations Manager
Cynthia has been involved with launching startups and managing operations since 1994. She worked for four years at business bureau providing entrepreneurs with marketing and industry data helping incubate startups in Brazil. After that she worked for four years managing a travel agency office. She has been with Picateers since its inception. Cynthia has a Bachelor degree in Law from Anhanguera University in Brazil. For fun, Cynthia loves to go camping and go for walks with her dog.
Silvie Park
Office Manager
Silvie brings to Picateers 10 years of office management experience from the non-profit and hi-tech world. Prior to Picateers, Silvie worked at Skyline Public Works, where she was responsible for all office operations and book keeping for several non profit organizations. Silvie loves a good cause, so she happily accepted the position of Office Manager at Picateers in order to help schools across the nation raise much needed funding. During her spare time, Silvie can be found with her husband and her two adorable and amazing Australian Shepherds exploring all the dog parks in the Bay Area.
Stephanie Fulqui
Marketing Assistant
Stephanie has over six years of experience in multiple business environments. She earned her Bachelor's of Science at San Francisco State University where she triple majored in Marketing, Corporate Finance and Financial Services. During her free time, Stephanie uses photography as a creative outlet. She also enjoys hiking with her Chocolate Labrador throughout the bay area whenever she can.
Amitesh Sharma
Accounts Executive
Amitesh brings over six years of management and sales experience to Picateers. Prior to Picateers, he worked the financial industry and held management positions in several high tech companies. Amitesh earned his Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University where he double majored in Business and Psychology. In his free time, he enjoys making and listening to music, sports, and traveling.
Margot Helm
Sales Representative
Margot brings six years of sales experience to Picateers. Previously, she worked in the start up company, Jimmyjane, where she was a sales representative and managed 60 accounts. She holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. During Margot's free time, she enjoys cooking, movies, musicals, and going to concerts.
Daniel Kenzy
Sales Representative
Daniel has over four years of sales and small business management experience. Most recently he was in charge of sales and operations for a vacation rental firm. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of California, Davis. In his free time, Daniel enjoys traveling, wakeboarding, and relaxing at the beach.
Steven Lee
Technical Support Analyst
Steven has over five years of customer support experience that has shaped him to be an astute invaluable member of team. He graduated with a degree from the University of California, Berkley, with a Bachelors in Environmental Economics and Policy. During his free time Steven enjoys exercising, watching movies and martial arts.
Alisa Tanphanich
Support Operations Associate
Alisa has over two years of customer service experience. Previously, She worked at a nonprofit in San Francisco where she coordinated community events and a school fund-raiser with the SFUSD. Alisa earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Mass Communications and a minor in English. While at Cal, she also wrote for the Science-and-Technology section of the Daily Californian. A Bay Area native, Alisa enjoys traveling, watching movies and playing video games during her free time.
